Onsite Support Engineer

As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers or internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will involve visiting customer locations or offices to address hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems. You will provide onsite technical support, assist in setting up and configuring IT infrastructure, and ensure the proper functioning of IT systems through regular maintenance and updates. Keeping detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and other relevant information will also be part of your duties. Effective communication with users and stakeholders to provide updates, instructions, and support is essential. You will escalate complex issues to senior engineers or other teams as necessary and contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation. Providing training to users on new software or hardware and staying updated on the latest technologies and trends are also important aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. Problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, excellent customer service, organizational skills, and accurate documentation capabilities are key qualifications required for this role. Certifications in CCNA & RHCSA are preferred for this full-time position. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund, with a morning shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
