Job Description

As an Onsite Service Support Engineer (Field Service Engineer), your role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of machine vision systems at customer sites. You must have strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site support, debugging, and system maintenance. - Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of machine vision systems. - Operate and fine-tune vision tools for optimal system performance. - Work with PLC and robotic systems under guidance. - Handle hands-eye and single camera setups. - Deliver basic training, technical clarifications, and support to clients. - Maintain detailed installation logs and issue-tracking reports. - Execute predefined setups, basic scripting, and troubleshooting tasks. Key Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in industrial cameras, barcode scanners, and 2D cameras. - Proficiency in Cognex, Keyence, and OPT systems. - Strong problem-solving and optimization skills to enhance production efficiency. - Good understanding of machine vision applications in industrial environments. - Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach.,
