Onsite Medical Representative

As a candidate, your role will involve developing a network throughout hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, and other healthcare providers in your allotted catchment area. Your responsibilities will include: - Regularly following up with specialist and hospital doctors. - Arranging appointments with doctors, which may involve pre-arranged appointments or regular calling. - Facilitating medical conferences. - Developing growth strategies and plans to increase opportunities. - Identifying and developing new and existing referral sources to build successful referring relationships. - Conducting marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and establish new doctor relationships. - Maintaining marketing collateral, including presentation templates. - Supporting, facilitating, and implementing a local marketing plan. - Processing and developing requests, monthly reports, and processing invoices. - Keeping up to date with the key research activities of the organization. - Developing in-depth knowledge of the services provided and the value proposition. - Following industry trends locally and internationally. Skills required for this role include: - Knowledge of medical terminologies. - A good sales performance track record. - Excellent communication skills, patience, and energy. - Ability to fluently converse in 2-3 languages. - Strong integrity and leadership traits. - Capabilities in building relationships, resolving conflict, collaboration, scheduling, and teamwork. - Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks when required.
