Software Technical Lead

You have 4-5 years of experience in Web Application Development and are seeking a role as a Software Technical Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding the engineering team in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Your strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and hands-on coding will be essential as you manage and mentor a team of 5-6 developers to ensure quality delivery across various systems and projects. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of web applications, defining and implementing scalable architectures and design patterns, managing and upskilling the development team, collaborating with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring code quality through reviews and testing strategies, troubleshooting and optimizing applications for performance and security, and staying updated with industry trends to bring innovation into the tech stack. You must have strong experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), proficiency in MySQL for relational database design and optimization, hands-on experience with Java for backend development, solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture, and the ability to manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). It would be beneficial to have knowledge of PHP and/or Python, exposure to DevOps practices and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, effective communication and stakeholder management, as well as being proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments are essential for success in this role.,
