Software Technical Lead - MERN Stack Development

As a Software Technical Lead with 4-5 years of experience in Web Application Development, you will play a crucial role in guiding our engineering team to create scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of web applications across multiple systems, implementing scalable architectures and design patterns, and managing a team of 5-6 developers to ensure quality delivery across various projects. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders will be essential to deliver innovative solutions. You will be tasked with ensuring code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing strategies, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance and security. Staying updated with industry trends and incorporating innovation into the tech stack will be key aspects of this role. Key Skills Required: - Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). - Proficiency in MySQL for relational database design and optimization. - Hands-on experience with Java for backend application development. - Sound knowledge of software design patterns and system architecture. - Ability to oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
