About the Role:

At the heart of every successful educational institute is someone who listens, understands, and inspires. As our On-Site Counselor, you' ll be the first point of connection for students and aspirants helping them navigate academic choices, career goals, and personal growth with clarity and confidence.

This is more than a desk job. Its a front-line role in transforming lives through education, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue.

Role & responsibilities

Welcome walk-ins and scheduled visitors with warmth and professionalism
Guide students through course offerings, career pathways, and enrollment processes
Understand individual aspirations and recommend tailored training solutions
Initiate and respond to inbound/outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and purpose
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, feedback, and follow-ups
Collaborate with admissions, and marketing teams to ensure seamless student experience
Resolve queries with empathy, clarity, and strategic insight

Desired Candidate's profile

Strong interpersonal and communication skillsboth verbal and written.
A background in counseling, education, psychology, or student services.
Ability to connect with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems.
A calm, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for student success.
Multilingual fluency is a plus (especially English, Hindi, Bengali).
