Affiliate Marketing Trainee

Our company is seeking a Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. You will
be responsible for supporting affiliate partnerships, assisting in media buying activities, and coordinating digital campaigns to achieve our business goals.

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Support in planning and executing media buying campaigns across digital platforms.
• Monitor affiliate performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track budgets, clicks, conversions, and ROI for affiliate campaigns.
• Research new media opportunities and support negotiations with vendors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements for affiliate and media strategies.

• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and online media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
