Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic SEO team. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO strategies. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords that align with client objectives and market trends. On-Page SEO: Optimize web pages by refining meta tags, headings, content, internal linking structures, etc. to improve search engine rankings and user experience. Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies, including acquiring high-quality backlinks and managing directory submissions. Content Optimization: Create and implement content optimization strategies, ensuring all content is search-engine friendly and aligned with keyword targets. Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to analyze and optimize website elements such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing. Local SEO: Enhance local search performance by optimizing websites and Google Business Profiles, focusing on local SEO best practices. SEO Audits: Lead detailed SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, providing insights to guide future SEO strategies. Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to benchmark performance, uncover new opportunities, and inform strategy development. Client Communication: Engage with clients for weekly reporting, understand their requirements, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of SEO services. Requirements: Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other industry-standard tools. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights. Adaptability: Keen ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while also being able to take ownership of individual tasks.
