Role & responsibilities 5-7 Years of Experience with On Shape Tool Experience # Hands on Experience in New product design, VAVE Efforts with knowledge in Stage Gate Process, applying DFX methodologies # Sustenance engineering support in existing products through Engineering change orders # Desirable to have exposure to LED Lighting, Thermal Management, Electical wiring, Electrical Calculations # Hands on in CAD tools proficiency desirable tools Solidworks, Onshape, SolidEdge # ERP Tool Experience SAP # Good understading in material selection, design considerations, manufactuing process for materials like Die-cast, Sheetmetal, Plastics # Exposure to standards like ASME Drawing standards, use of GD&T symbols, desirable to have exposure to UL 1598, UL8750 # Good Communication & Collaboration # Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking # Adaptability & Innovation
