Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Training and Webinar Executive at our Faridabad location. The executive will be responsible for developing and delivering online training programs and webinars to educate customers, partners, and internal teams. Key tasks will include creating training materials, conducting research, managing webinar schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing training outcomes, and ensuring effective communication during sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and deliver clear training sessions
• Analytical Skills for evaluating training and webinar outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
• Research skills to gather and analyze relevant content and industry trends
• Proficiency in Writing to develop engaging and informative training materials and content
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and webinars, demonstrating a thorough understanding of key topics
• Proficiency in using online webinar and training tools is preferred
• Experience in financial services and previous training roles will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is desirable
