Role Overview: As a Training Specialist at Paisapaid.com, your main responsibility will be to conduct online webinars for our partners. You will be required to provide detailed information using Zoom for effective training and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct online webinars for partners to deliver training effectively. - Provide detailed information using Zoom for interactive sessions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure successful training sessions. - Improve employee performance through training and development initiatives. - Create impactful and engaging learning materials and strategies using Training and Instructional Design principles. - Address customer concerns empathetically to enhance learning experiences. - Manage multiple training programs efficiently with strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective training delivery and collaboration. - Prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in all training activities. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective delivery of training and collaboration with team members. - Experience in Training & Development, including conducting sessions and improving employee performance. - Proficiency in Training and Instructional Design to create impactful and engaging learning materials and strategies. - Customer Service skills to empathetically address concerns and ensure satisfying learning experiences. - Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple training programs efficiently. - Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,
