Role Overview:

The Part-Time Online Fitness Trainer will conduct virtual sessions using our AI-powered movement assessment and coaching platform. This role combines expertise in training with the ability to interpret movement data and personalize programs for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  live online group and 1-on-1 training sessions

  using our proprietary deep-tech platform.
• Perform and interpret

  AI-based movement assessments

  to identify strengths, weaknesses, and risks.
• Customize workout programs based on platform insights and client goals.
• Demonstrate correct form and provide live corrections via video.
• Track client progress using the platform dashboard and share feedback.
• Collaborate with the tech and coaching teams to improve the client experience.
• Stay updated on functional movement science, injury prevention, and online training best practices.

Requirements:

• Certification in fitness training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Experience in

  functional training, strength & conditioning, or corrective exercise

  .
• Comfortable using tech platforms for training; willingness to learn our proprietary system.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
• Bonus: Knowledge of nutrition and recovery protocols.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time

  (8–15 hours/week initially, with potential to grow).
• Timings aligned to client availability.
