Job Description

You are an experienced Online Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience, possessing strong English speaking skills and a background in customer service. Your role will involve working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts, and experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains would be beneficial. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and aiding the company's success. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues, effectively communicating with customers and team members using your English speaking skills, overseeing online customer interactions to ensure a positive experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvement, developing strategies to boost online customer engagement, monitoring key performance indicators related to customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies in all interactions, staying updated with industry trends, training and mentoring new team members, participating in rotational shifts for 24/7 customer support, utilizing technical skills for efficient issue resolution, and contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and tools. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent English speaking skills, proven experience in customer service, familiarity with ISV and Hi-Tech domains, adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts, strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactive attitude towards learning industry trends and best practices, capability to train and mentor colleagues, technical troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in developing strategies for customer engagement and monitoring performance indicators.,
