Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Sales Manager to lead and execute our online sales strategy across various e-commerce platforms, primarily Amazon and Flipkart, within the laptop industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing online marketplaces & Alpha, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and conversion. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities: Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms. Manage and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords, to improve search ranking and conversion rates. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies. Monitor product performance, track key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, click-through rate, average order value), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform updates. Manage and mentor a team of online sales representatives. Forecast sales and provide regular reports on performance. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online sales, specifically within the laptop or consumer electronics industry. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets on Amazon and Flipkart. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including marketplace dynamics, seller central, and advertising tools. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in using e-commerce analytics tools and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Passion for technology and the laptop industry. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing a team.
