Online Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities

Vanvet pvt ltd is seeking a proactive and results- Driven online sales Executive to drive online sales growth by generating leads, Engaging with customers,and closing deals through digital platforms.

  • Prospect and generate new leads through online channels such as social Media, Email campaigns, online ads, and market places.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Email, chat, social media and other digital platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate depth product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Manage the entire online sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and after sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital campaigns, promotions,and strategies that boost sales.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with Accurate customers and sales data.
  • Analyze online sales performance, track and prepare regular.
  • stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and Emerging online sales tools Requirements:-
  • Proven Experience as an online sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong Knowledge of online sales channels,digital marketing and E-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
  • proficiency in using CRM software, MS office, and online communication tools.
  • Self Motivated, Target-oriented,and able to work independently.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and events for staff members or Executives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets, databases,and other administrative records.
  • Create, update & Manage Social media contains for online marketing.
