Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, focusing primarily on LinkedIn and other key social media channels.
Create engaging and relevant content tailored to the target audience to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
Monitor social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Manage LinkedIn company page, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and growing the network.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align online campaigns with business objectives.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online marketing activities.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns such as email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing as required.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to keep the companys online presence competitive.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Marketing Executive or similar role.
Proven expertise in handling social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
