Educating customers about different gemstones, metals, and jewellery designs, and offering styling advice to enhance their overall look will also be important tasks. You will be responsible for helping customers navigate our website, assisting them with product selection, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount. Staying updated with the latest jewellery trends, product knowledge, and industry developments will be essential to provide accurate information to our customers. Collaboration with the marketing team to create engaging content such as blogs or videos to showcase new jewellery collections and educate customers about our brand will be part of your role.
