Job Description

Syscom Peripherals is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Online Commerce Executive to support the online portal operational functions of our company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and sales tasks, ensure smooth processes, maintain records, and assist the sales and service teams with backend coordination. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer records, product inventory, and vendor databases. Coordinate with the sales and service teams for order processing, stock updates, and service calls. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence related to orders and customer queries. Monitor inventory and notify the procurement team for restocking. Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting of daily tasks. Assist with internal website audits and compliance as required. Support teams with website updates and other sales related tasks. Follow up with customers regarding any online queries.
