This backend role involves handling customer queries via chat, processing orders, managing records, and ensuring timely resolution. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and service requests through live chat and internal tools.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry related to customer interactions and order processing.
• Ensure high-quality and professional communication while resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company guidelines.
• Meet process-related targets and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30 WPM with 90%+ accuracy).
