Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur Office Onsite Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Online Bidder / BDE to generate business from online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, People etc. The candidate should have a deep understanding of IT services , including web and app development, SEO, digital marketing, and software solutions . Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. Write customized proposals for each client based on the project requirements Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and video calls Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical and business solutions Follow up on leads and convert them into clients Collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations, estimates, and work plans Meet monthly targets for proposals submitted, responses, and projects closed Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good understanding of IT services , such as: Website Development Mobile App Development Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM) E-commerce Solutions Experience with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Ability to write compelling and tailored proposals Basic knowledge of CRM tools , spreadsheets, and productivity apps Time management and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Business / Marketing 6 months – 2 years of experience in online bidding or business development Freshers with excellent communication skills and learning mindset are welcome Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives based on performance Learning opportunities in IT project management and sales Supportive and professional work environment Scope to grow into Business Development Manager / Sales Head role Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Online Bidder: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
