Online Bidder

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our dynamic team at Billion Info Tech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other relevant portals. You will play a key role in identifying client requirements, preparing project proposals, and converting leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on web design, web development, and digital marketing projects.
• Generate new business opportunities through online platforms.
• Prepare compelling project proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical suggestions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Work closely with the project and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive in IT or a similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of web design, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of lead generation and proposal writing.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and business communication platforms.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
