Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Bidder & Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and driving growth for our organization specializing in custom software development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services . This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of IT services, and the ability to build strong client relationships through effective bidding and business development strategies. Key Responsibilities: Online Bidding and Proposal Writing: Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and others . Prepare compelling proposals and technical documentation tailored to client requirements. Ensure proposals align with the organizations services, capabilities, and pricing structure. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients in target markets using various lead generation techniques ( Sales Navigator, CRM, Email Marketing & other ) Contact leads through email, LinkedIn, and other professional networks to present our services. Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose customized solutions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and driving revenue growth. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on sales performance. Key Skills and Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as an Online Bidder or BDE in the IT services industry. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related fields. Strong understanding of custom software development and mobile app development Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
