Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in Laravel and PHP to lead our offshore development team in managing a large-scale, USA-based product platform. This is a pivotal role requiring extensive experience in Laravel development , advanced backend architecture, and scalable API integrations. Also some knowledge in Wordpress will be a plus . The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Laravel, PHP, and MySQL , along with expertise in building robust, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain cutting-edge web applications using the Laravel framework . Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions , ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability. Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless third-party integrations and microservices architecture. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver efficient, user-centric solutions. Enforce best coding practices writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented Laravel code. Optimize database queries and application performance, addressing scalability challenges proactively. Stay updated with Laravels latest advancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of the tech stack. Required Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on Laravel. Expertise in Laravels ecosystem , including Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, queues, and middleware. Strong understanding of PHP (OOP & MVC), MySQL, and database design best practices . Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and handling third-party integrations. Proficiency in Git version control , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Deep understanding of server-side performance optimization , caching strategies, and security best practices. Experience in Wordpress as well will be a plus. Knowledge of modern authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, Laravel Sanctum/Passport). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP) and server management is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges independently. Why Join Us?
