As a lead, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions while collaborating with designers, product managers, devops and QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of WordPress theme, plugins, and themes.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and performance-optimized web solutions using WordPress, PHP, and Mysql.
• Customize WordPress functionality through ACF, CPTs, hooks, filters, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure responsive and interactive UI/UX experiences (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue/React preferred).
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and testing.
• Manage version control using Git and deployment workflows (CI/CD).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and WordPress ecosystem trends.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in

• Strong command over
