Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

Technical Lead

This role demands strong technical leadership, a passion for best practices, and the ability to mentor engineers while ensuring scalable and secure architecture.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements

Minimum
10 years
of professional experience in software development.
Strong hands-on experience in
Laravel 9 and above
, including the latest features.
Expert in
PHP OOP
,
Eloquent ORM
,
Laravel queues
,
events
,
Sanctum/Passport
,
route model binding
,
middleware
,
job scheduling
, and
API authentication
.
Experience working in a
multi-tenant, modular Laravel application
environment.
Good understanding of
SQL (SQL Server)
with ability to write optimized queries and work with large datasets.
Familiarity with
Redis
,
API rate limiting
,
queue drivers
,
broadcasting
,
WebSockets
, and
caching strategies
.
Experience integrating with
RESTful APIs
, third-party services, and
webhooks
.
Proficient in version control (Git), Docker basics, and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in
healthcare product development
(EHR/EMR/HIS) or
regulated industries

Experience with
Postman
