Role & responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Laravel 9 and above , strong object-oriented PHP programming skills, and hands-on experience building large-scale web applications . The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the healthcare domain and will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for our multi-tenant Laravel-based healthcare information system (HIMES). This role demands strong technical leadership, a passion for best practices, and the ability to mentor engineers while ensuring scalable and secure architecture. Preferred candidate profile Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience in Laravel 9 and above , including the latest features. Expert in PHP OOP , Eloquent ORM , Laravel queues , events , Sanctum/Passport , route model binding , middleware , job scheduling , and API authentication . Experience working in a multi-tenant, modular Laravel application environment. Good understanding of SQL (SQL Server) with ability to write optimized queries and work with large datasets. Familiarity with Redis , API rate limiting , queue drivers , broadcasting , WebSockets , and caching strategies . Experience integrating with RESTful APIs , third-party services, and webhooks . Proficient in version control (Git), Docker basics, and CI/CD workflows. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare product development (EHR/EMR/HIS) or regulated industries .
