Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Online Adjunct Instructor. The Online Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering course content, facilitating virtual class discussions, providing timely feedback on assignments, and supporting students' learning objectives. The role also involves maintaining course materials, ensuring alignment with academic standards, and promoting an engaging online learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in online teaching, virtual classroom engagement, and maintaining academic rigor
• Subject-matter expertise in the relevant field of instruction
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Technological proficiency with online learning platforms and education tools
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners
• A Master’s degree or higher in the relevant field

  (Physiotherapy/sports science/Biomechanics/exercise physiology or equivalent)

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology

• Prior online teaching experience
