OneStream Administrator

As the OneStream Administrator at CBTS, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and be responsible for the joint administration of the OneStream CPM application. Your role will involve performing various tasks and activities related to the OneStream application, such as building dashboards, transformation rules, workflows, and making changes to business rules and data adapters. You will also be maintaining and enhancing application business rules, member formulas, workflows, and data integrations, while ensuring security administration to secure metadata, user access, controls, and reporting categories. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating and building logical views, data hierarchies, and reporting structures, supporting ad-hoc business requests for data extraction, creating test plans, process documentation, and training materials, and performing functional testing. You will also support period close processing and data integrations, resolve mapping errors, identify and troubleshoot platform issues, train end-users, and evaluate and execute platform upgrades. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of proven experience in financial systems administration/implementation. You should have experience working in OneStream, Hyperion, and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), as well as reporting implementation for multinational businesses. Knowledge of VBA, .Net, or SQL coding would be an asset, along with a strong understanding of US GAAP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members.
