Services experience is very good. All services executive are co-operative also facility person ask to you drinking water & tea, coffee. But there is rush of customers for service if you want to quick service my advice go early.

No proper management, lack of skilled executive, each person have to wait outside the centre for 20 mins for their chance. No tokens provided. Disappointed with their service. Have visited 5 tyms, for a repair, but have to leave after waiting for 2 hours each time, due to their delay .

Too crowded. Inspite of taking a appointment online have to wait in line physically for a token. It takes about 2 hours or more just to reach the helpdesk. For receiving your device's it's another long wait. No social distancing or any like measures followed.

Service center is only one in mumbai.very crowded place because they open only 10am to 3pm in lockdown.tokan system is available but you get frustrated because time more required minimum 2 to 3 hours. You shedule as your day considering this. Csmt station is near.

Very helpfull staff mainly umesh sir,very good & fast service by him ..I got my headphone replaced twice & nice coffee by service centre
