The service centre and facility is good but takes too much time for your number to arrive. Too slow service. The servicing team (repairing) team is fantastic and completes the work very quickly. Wish they take feedback seriously and work on speeding the inward and receiving post repair times.

Good service. A knowledgeable staff assesses your requirement and patiently explains the options at your disposal. A realistic time of service is given. You have space to sit and wait or an option to go around to Flora Fountain and get back to collect ur serviced cell phone (if it is a minor problem)
