Oneplus brand has been detroited to the bottom level all there devices are faulty I have submitted my OnePlus buds 2r 3 weeks back and I had been promised a replacement for it but I haven't heard them since then and nor I am able to contact them on their phone number it's shows always busy will have to file a complaint in consumer court
