One Stream/Oracle HFM Consultant

As an experienced IT professional, you will play a crucial role in managing the IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, focusing on tools like OneStream, Oracle HFM, or Oracle EPM Cloud. - Collaborating closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Leading application lifecycle activities such as implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support. - Driving process optimization and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows. - Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external consultants when necessary. - Ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. - Providing training and support to end-users and key stakeholders. - Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing issues or improvement opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting domains. - Strong understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements. - Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred, while experience with Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud is also acceptable. - Solid project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Fluency in English.
