About the Role
GlobePay Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchant Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new merchants. If you're passionate about fintech, customer success, and operational excellence—this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the onboarding flow: Manage the full payment setup process for new merchants from registration to activation.- Guide merchants step-by-step: Assist with sign-up, KYC verification, bank detail integration, and understanding deposit/withdrawal procedures.- Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to AML/KYC standards while delivering a smooth onboarding experience.- Act as GlobePay’s ambassador: Represent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and trust-building communication.- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with tech, support, and compliance teams to resolve issues and optimize onboarding speed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fintech, payments, or merchant onboarding preferred- Strong communication and customer-handling skills- Familiarity with KYC/AML processes- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Tech-savvy and comfortable with dashboards, CRMs, and onboarding tools
