Role Overview: You will be joining Policybazaar.com, India's leading digital insurance marketplace and a prominent insur-tech company globally. As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in conducting HR induction sessions, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences, managing employee document verification, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing ideas for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct HR Induction sessions for new joiners across business verticals. - Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for employees on Day 1. - Manage employee document verification and maintain accurate records in HR systems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of joining formalities. - Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in the induction and onboarding process. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM students or recent graduates specializing in Human Resources. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Energetic, proactive, and people-oriented individual. - Available for a full-time, 6-month on-site internship at Policybazaar's Gurugram office.,
