Job Title: Onboarding Executive – Sales Location: Vadodara Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Onboarding Executive - Sales to join our team at Tez, a rapidly growing mobility startup. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new driver partners (Captain App users), ensuring they are trained, engaged, and fully ready to operate on our platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential driver partners through field visits, calls, and referrals Guide drivers through the complete onboarding process including app registration, document submission, and training Ensure all KYC documents are collected and verified properly Conduct app usage training sessions to ensure smooth adoption Coordinate with internal teams for backend processing and approvals Follow up with leads and maintain conversion targets Address driver queries during onboarding with professionalism and speed Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in field sales, onboarding, or customer-facing roles (Freshers welcome) Strong communication and convincing skills (Gujarati, Hindi & basic English preferred) Smartphone usage knowledge and basic tech understanding Ability to travel within the city for field visits Goal-driven and energetic personality
