Job Description

Your Role

Collaborate with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to drive business value and user adoption of ECM technologies.

Design, develop, and deploy custom OnBase Workflow and WorkView solutions with API-based integration to internal and external systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues efficiently.

Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications, including interface changes and process flows.

Plan, test, and implement software updates, defect fixes, and configuration changes.

Your Profile

4 to 9 years of experiencein developing and supporting OnBase ECM solutions.

Proficient in designing and maintaining WorkView applications and custom workflows.

Skilled in integrating OnBase with tools like Document Composition, Outlook, DRIP, Reporting Dashboards, Unity API, REST API, and Mailbox Importer.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Experienced in documenting, testing, and providing ongoing support for enterprise content management applications.
