On Site Supervisor

You will be working as an On-Site Supervisor at SJada A" Architects in Bharuch. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing on-site workers to ensure quality control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients for efficient project execution. To excel in this role, you should have basic experience in construction supervision or site coordination, a good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with architectural design software is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates with a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred. However, individuals with relevant hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply. Freshers with basic site supervision experience are welcome to apply as well.
