On Premise Specialist

As an On Premise Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and execution within the on-premise establishments such as bars, restaurants, and hotels in your designated territory. Your key tasks will include building relationships with key accounts, ensuring proper product display and execution, and managing budgets and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Establish strong relationships with on-premise partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders. - Achieve sales targets and objectives for the on-premise channel through effective strategies and execution. - Manage key accounts, conduct business reviews, and develop plans to meet their needs. - Proactively identify and secure new on-premise accounts and opportunities. - Implement and enforce company standards for product visibility, display, and service within on-premise accounts. - Monitor market performance, track competitor activity, and report on sales trends and execution gaps. - Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources within the on-premise channel. - Effectively communicate with internal teams and on-premise partners. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development. - Ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and internal teams. - Familiarity with the dynamics of the on-premise channel, including bars, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, report preparation, and presentation creation.
