On Premise Specialist

The On-Premise Specialist is responsible for driving sales and execution within the on-premise sector, such as bars, restaurants, and hotels, in the designated territory. Your primary tasks will include building relationships with key accounts, ensuring proper product display and execution, and managing budgets and sales targets. You will be expected to establish strong relationships with on-premise partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Achieving sales targets and objectives for the on-premise channel through effective strategies and execution is crucial. Additionally, managing key accounts, conducting business reviews, and developing plans to meet their needs will be part of your responsibilities. Proactively identifying and securing new on-premise accounts and opportunities is essential. Furthermore, you will need to implement and enforce company standards for product visibility, display, and service within on-premise accounts. Monitoring market performance, tracking competitor activity, and reporting on sales trends and execution gaps are vital aspects of this role. Managing budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources within the on-premise channel will be required. Effective communication with internal teams and on-premise partners is crucial for successful collaboration. Your qualifications should include strong sales and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of the on-premise channel dynamics, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
