Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated On-Field Recruiter to handle recruitment drives, mobilization, and candidate sourcing activities on ground level. The role involves visiting colleges, local markets, training centers, and industrial areas to identify, attract, and onboard suitable candidates for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-field recruitment and candidate mobilization drives.

Visit colleges, ITIs, training centers, and job fairs to identify potential candidates.

Collect candidate data, verify documents, and register profiles.

Explain job roles, salary, and company benefits to candidates clearly.

Coordinate with the HR team for interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Maintain candidate database and submit daily activity reports.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local institutes and partners.

Support in executing campus drives, job fairs, and client hiring events.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication and convincing ability

Fieldwork and travel readiness

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

Good networking and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and Excel for reporting

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic personality

Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

Preferred: Candidates with experience in recruitment or field marketing

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: 12,000 20,000 per month (based on experience)

Travel Allowance: As per actuals

Working Days & Timings:

6 Days a Week (Field-based role)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible during drives)
