About the Role

OmniStudio Consultant / Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  OmniStudio components

  (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and customize

  Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions

  for various domains (e.g., Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, BFSI).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OmniStudio Integration Procedures.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of OmniStudio components.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with Salesforce and OmniStudio releases and bring best practices into projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years

  of overall Salesforce experience with at least

  3+ years in OmniStudio / Vlocity

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  OmniStudio components

  :
• FlexCards
• OmniScripts
• DataRaptors (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Integration Procedures
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Experience in

  Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)

  for at least one vertical (Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services).
• Proficiency in system integration (APIs, middleware, external applications).
• Good knowledge of

  data modeling, security, and performance tuning

  in Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce

  OmniStudio Developer

  or

  Industries CPQ Developer

  certification(s).
• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or industry cloud implementations.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Copado, etc.).
