Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Omni Sport Advisor. The main responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide expert sports advice, creating a positive shopping experience, and helping promote the benefits of sport to all. The Omni Sport Advisor will also manage inventory, merchandise products, and ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with Decathlon's standards. Additional tasks include organizing sporting events to connect with the local community and promoting an active lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Physical Education and Sports Training
• Proficiency in Sports Coaching and Coaching methods to inspire athletes and customers
• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and teammates
• Passion for sports and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for interacting with local communities through sports events
• Prior experience in retail, sports coaching, or related fields is a plus
