Must-Have: OKTA, Delinea,MFA

Good-to-Have: Entra ID,Cyber Security Skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services such as Active Directory (AD) or LDAP
• Implement and enforce Okta security policies, including access controls, MFA configurations, and conditional access rules to ensure secure and compliant identity management.
• Lead or actively contribute to the migration of users, groups, and applications from multiple Okta tenants into a single, consolidated tenant environment
• Oversee application onboarding and integration, including SAML, OIDC, and SWA configurations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless user experience during migration
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks throughout the identity lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SSO integrations, directory synchronization failures, and policy misconfigurations, providing Level 2 support as needed
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base articles to support ongoing BAU activities and enable efficient issue resolution.
