Oil & Gas Recruiter

Role Summary

We are hiring experienced Oil & Gas Recruiters who have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing positions for Gulf countries (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and European markets. The candidate must be strong in manpower sourcing, sub-agent networking, blue-collar/skilled hiring & fast closures.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas skilled, semi-skilled & professional categories.
• Source candidates through agents, portals, trade-testing centers, database & social media.
• Shortlist CVs, evaluate technical fitment and schedule interviews/trade tests.
• Build pipeline for shutdown, long-term & maintenance projects.

International Hiring Focus

• Manage overseas hiring for GCC and Europe.
• Understand visa categories, documentation, GAMCA, mobilization requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for medicals, passport submission & visa process.

Agent & Vendor Coordination

• Work with sub-agents across India for bulk sourcing.
• Maintain healthy relationships with sourcing partners for faster delivery.
• Coordinate for trade test venues & recruitment campaigns when required.

Client Coordination

• Share candidate batches with clients, follow-up for feedback & approvals.
• Ensure timely updates, interview status, and candidate onboarding tracking.
• Attend calls with clients for requirement briefing and planning.

Reporting & Execution

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, interview sheets & mobilization reports.
• Ensure maximum conversions and reduce dropouts/last-minute fallouts.
• Work under timelines to deliver manpower in required volume & quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have 3–6 years of proven experience in Oil & Gas recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for Gulf countries & Europe is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing network + sub-agent contacts preferred.
• Experience in hiring Welders, Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Riggers, Electricians, Supervisors, Engineers etc.
• Knowledge of mobilization stages, medicals, visa, travel & joining.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines & handle bulk requirements.
• Must work from Office – Vadodara.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
