WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Hit the ground in Bangalore brands, startups, businesses

• Walk in, pitch, convince, close

• Sell Flashoot’s branding, content, marketing & media services

• Turn conversations into signed deals & revenue

• Negotiate pricing, close fast, move on

• Build your own sales pipeline from scratch

• Work directly with founders & ops team

• Hit weekly & monthly targets (numbers matter here)

WHO SHOULD APPLY

• Street-smart, confident, and hungry

• 1–4 years of offline / field sales experience

• You don’t wait for leads you create them

• You talk numbers, conversions & revenue

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Comfortable speaking to founders, marketing heads & business owners

• Bangalore market knowledge is a plus

• Agency / B2B / marketing sales experience preferred
