What You’ll Own-

Business Development (Primary Focus)

• Identify & acquire new clients/brands for OOH & experiential marketing
• Build a strong sales pipeline & craft winning proposals
• Close deals and maintain relationships with marketers, agencies & decision makers

Campaign & Activation Execution

• Plan & manage OOH/DOOH campaigns — site mapping, formats, costing, negotiations
• Execute on-ground activations & events — venues, production, operations, logistics

Vendor & Commercial Management

• Build and manage a reliable vendor ecosystem (OOH, fabrication, production, manpower)
• Negotiate competitive rates & ensure seamless, timely execution
• Monitor margins, costing & P&L impact

Measurement & Reporting

• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, ROI)
• Build detailed client dashboards & review reports

Must-Have Skills-

• Proven

  BD/sales track record

  in media, outdoor, BTL or experiential marketing
• Strong understanding of

  OOH/DOOH formats, sites, costing & market dynamics

• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, pitching & relationship-building

  abilities
• Hands-on execution mindset — can manage campaigns end to end
• Commercial understanding: margins, vendor costing, budgeting
