Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable candidate for an official computer-based role. The position involves handling data entry, documentation, and report generation, and other office-related tasks using a computer. the ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, knowledge of MS office application, and the ability to manage digital records accurately.

Salary for this job:-

8,000/- 10,000 per month. with E.S.I. and P.f facility available.+ canteen facility available.

Duty Hours:-

8 Hours.

Job Locations: –

Barjora, Bankura.

Job Role and job responsibility: –

Perform data entry, record management, and document preparation.
Draft, Format, and proofread official letters, reports, and presentation.
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and digital files.
Handle email communication and correspondence with clients and internal teams.
Support administrative operations by preparing official documents and records.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining digital calendars.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with office standards.

Qualifications required for this job: –
