Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Officer/Sr Officer - IPQA Executive (Lab QA) to join our Quality Assurance team This role ensures real-time in-process quality checks and lab documentation compliance across production and testing areas The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding product quality and regulatory standards through vigilant monitoring and process validation

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing of cosmetic and oral care products Monitor compliance of lab practices with cGMP and internal SOPs Perform line clearance activities in manufacturing and QC labs Review and verify lab documentation, including analytical reports and stability studies Ensure timely reporting and investigation of deviations, OOS, and incidents Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure seamless communication and corrective actions Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections Maintain calibration records and ensure timely calibration of lab equipment Support validation and qualification activities, including equipment and method validation Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and product quality

Required Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:

Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (ISO, BIS, FDA, etc) Familiarity with QMS tools, deviation handling, and CAPA management Proficient in documentation practices and laboratory data review Understanding of laboratory instrumentation and calibration procedures

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Effective communication and coordination abilities Proactive mindset with a sense of accountability Team player with a collaborative approach

Education & Certifications

B Pharm / M Pharm / B Sc / M Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related life science discipline

Preferred Experience

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IPQA or Lab QA roles within the cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable
