Officer/ Senior Officer - F&A Services - Accounts Receivables

As a Senior Officer in the Order to Cash division at CMA CGM GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Chennai, you will have a significant impact on the AR Receipt Processing department by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of receivables. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze the accounts receivable ageing report to identify overdue accounts and take necessary follow-up actions. - Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of AR processes. - Generate reports and provide insights on accounts receivable metrics to aid management in decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: - Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrate proven experience in accounts receivables or accounting roles, preferably in a shared services environment. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal teams and external clients. - Have proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools, complemented by strong Excel skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
