Officer/ Senior Officer - F&A Services - Accounts Receivables

As a Senior Officer in the Order to Cash division at CMA CGM GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be based in Chennai and will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of accounts receivables. Your role will be crucial in the AR Receipt Processing department. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze the accounts receivable ageing report to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions. - Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of AR processes. - Generate reports and provide insights on accounts receivable metrics to management for informed decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: - Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrate proven experience in accounts receivables or accounting roles, preferably in a shared services environment. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal teams and external clients. - Have proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools, along with strong Excel skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
